The Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS) is the strategic hub for leadership and coordination in the health care sector in Lower Austria. Our responsibilities according to the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund Act 2006 are to carry out planning, control, financing and quality assurance for health care provision in Lower Austria.
Under our guiding principle of "Responsibility for health", we work to ensure that a sustainable care system will continue to be available in the Lower Austrian health care sector in future.

Data privacy statement

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of submitting projects for the Healthy Living Prize, the user's IP data will be saved by the website operator in the form of cookies, as will all personal details that are entered on the form, e.g. the user's first name, last name, organisation, position, academic titles preceding and following the name, address, post code, town/city, telephone number and e-mail address, and any photos and files that are uploaded when entering a project in the competition. The data will be sent to third parties so that the members of the jury can evaluate the projects. The data will be kept by us until after the event has finished. The data will be processed in accordance with the legal requirements of Section 96 paragraph 3 of the TKG (Telecommunications Act) and Section 8 paragraph 3 Z 4 of the DSG (Data Protection Act).
